8:30 AM: We go to Dong Ba market to buy some raw materials for your lesson and observe the daily life of the local people. 
 
9:30 AM: Head back Missy Roo Bar-Restaurant.
 
9:45 AM: Start preparation and cooking and then enjoy your finished mouthwatering products. 
 
11:30 AM: Finish the lesson and any questions?
